Acceptance
By visiting our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
Enrollment & Payment
All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice for future batches. Your enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Refund & Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 or more days before program start: full refund minus a ₹500 administrative fee
Cancellations made within 7 days of program start: 50% refund
No-shows or cancellations after program begins: no refund
All refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment method
Rescheduling the batch will be allowed only once per student
GrowthTrail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All course content — materials, slides, videos, handouts, and frameworks — are the exclusive property of GrowthTrail Skill Academy. You may use them for personal learning only. Sharing, reproducing, reselling, or publishing our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our programs are designed to improve employability skills. However, we make no guarantee of job placement, salary outcomes, or specific results. Any success stories shared are individual experiences, not promised outcomes.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, disrupt sessions, or engage in any activity that harms other participants or our reputation.
Limitation of Liability
GrowthTrail's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karnataka, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
